It’s two days until the release of Bold of Heart, my book two, year two in the Suamalie Islands Series.
To celebrate, I am sharing one behind-the-scenes Fun Fact each day, AND there’s a giveaway—a chance to win a $5 Amazon Gift Card and a free ebook copy of my book.
Fun Fact #6
Tamzin works on a local newspaper with her friend and publisher Margo. In college and the first few years after, I was a newspaper reporter and editor. I even worked for the now defunct Los Angeles Herald Examiner owned by the Hearst family. (Yes, it was a loooong time ago.) I’d always had romantic notions of running an old-time small-town newspaper.
It was fun to imagine what it would be like on a family-owned paper in the South Pacific. Of course, I had to show them trying to catch up with 21st century technology.
